Information for Legal Professionals

We are an HMCTS Managed and Approved Service Provider (MASP) of Intermediary Services across England and Wales. Our team is unique and large enough to have robust and responsive capacity, yet carefully selected to represent only the best professional standards.

We offer an exceptionally high standard of reporting and insight. This is done through a focus on relational assessment and an in-depth overview of the client communication profile. We make comprehensive recommendations to enable clients to engage fully in legal proceedings and to assist the court.


How we work

We function both within the Family and Criminal Courts and our team have a diverse range of expertise and specialisms in different jurisdictions and vulnerabilities.

We undertake comprehensive, thorough assessments and ongoing support of your client.

We assess their communication needs and make prompt and efficient recommendations about whether the client would benefit from having an Intermediary throughout their hearing or trial.

Our recommendations will include special measures that could be implemented to ensure the client is able to fully participate with the process.

We specialise in working with children, young people and adults who:

  • Have severe mental illness, learning disability and learning difficulties.
  • Neurodiversity (autism, ADHD and other neurological and developmental conditions)
  • Have complex post traumatic stress disorder and a past history of trauma.
